700g Maris Piper potatoes (grated)
1 medium onion (grated)

Here is the next recipe in our KISS (Keep it Simple & Safe) campaign

The recipe is as follows:
GLUTEN FREE, WHEAT FREE, DAIRY FREE

For the Dosa
400g pudding rice soaked in 800ml of water
100g Urad dahl (split black lentils) soaked in 200ml water
1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil for frying

Spicy chicken filling

2 large chicken breasts
1/2 large Spanish onion
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1/8 teaspoon chilli paste
Season to taste
