CASE STUDIES

The following are case studies of establishments that have undertaken our food allergen training, with emphasis on gluten free, and successfully implemented the relevant processes and procedures to effectively manage the dietary needs of their customers.

Brixham Yacht Club is a private members’ social club. The Commodore approached us for our gluten free training, after recognising that it was an area the staff needed to be aware of and required further training in.

The Runnymede~on~Thames Hotel & Spa is a four star hotel. Its staff are of a very highest standard, and yet the hotel acknowledged the need for all the staff to be fully trained in effectively managing customers with gluten free diets.

Robert Ogden School is a school that specialises in children with autism. Droppa & Droppa was approached to train all the internal staff, so that those children with gluten free diets could be catered for excellently.

Marwood Hill Gardens is a tea room in a delightful setting. The café often has clients with dietary requirements and thus found the gluten free training very useful.
